LARGE ANCIENT GREEK POTTERY CANOSAN BOWL 3rd CENTURY BC

Large Greek Canosan Bowl dated to 3rd century BC.

 Canosan bowl 113 mm high 200 mm wide has a pedestal base ring and is coated in original white ground white pigment.

Outer rim in mainly pink pigments is decorated with a line and leaf design with the odd blue spot.

Complete, original with encrustation without any repainting,  small section of the rim reattached.
